Аннотация

This paper aims  to highlight some issues in the relationship of Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. As examples the first Chessautomaton (The Turk), Computer Chess (Deep Blue), Mars Mission (Pathfinder So-journer), Intelligent Robotics and Industrial Robots, as impotrant steps of robot-related achievements of man-kind are taken into account. Biographical and technical data is presented in order to evaluate and laudate the extraordinary achievements of extreme talents, starting with two Hungarian world class innovators: Farkas Kempelen and Antal Bejczy. This paper gives an overview of their lives and contributions, pointing out some in-teresting relationships. Some basic data are collected to be used in evaluation and classification and compari-son of robots.
